MaxClean Systems LLP is in the business of design, manufacture, supply & service of Aqueous based alkaline & Ultrasonic (alkaline & hydrocarbon based solvents) type Industrial Component Cleaning/ Degreasing Machines, Plastic Bin Cleaning Machines, Tool Cleaning Machines & Oiling Machines.
We provide standard and customized end-to-end solutions based on customer’s specific requirements (like visually clean, cleanliness values, particle analysis etc.). All our machines are environment friendly and energy efficient to achieve challenging cleanliness results.
Due to globalization & presence of multinational companies/tie up with multinational companies (MNC’s) the customers in India have become extremely conscious and demanding on the stringent post cleaning requirements of the components. Add to this the required production rates have increased considerably and there are certain quality audits to be fulfilled of certain end customers. This is resulting in cleaning equipments becoming more elaborate and complex to achieve these stringent requirements in a short TACT Time. Hence, component cleaning by itself has become one of the critical area of evaluation of the product.

The factory is built on a plot of 5,000 sq. feet.
