A visionary first-generation entrepreneur, he combines technical mastery with strategic insight to drive sustainable growth and innovation within the organization.
Mr. Sahay’s extensive experience across the entire value chain has given him a comprehensive understanding of the gabion industry’s technical, operational, and commercial dimensions. His hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge equip him to navigate complexities, build high-performing teams, and lead with clarity and direction.

Mr. Girish Iyer brings over 33 years of experience in Sales across the Geo-synthetics and Gabion industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Marketing Management, he combines strong technical knowledge with strategic market insight.
His career reflects a consistent efforts of building and expanding markets, driving strategic growth and developing long-term customer satisfaction through effectively aligning engineering-driven solutions, evolving client needs and project demands.
He has a proven track record of strengthening customer relationships, and leading high-impact sales initiatives.
